In 2010 Curimining started a mixed-sex football academy in the Las Naves area, fostering school-age talent in the local communities. Complementing the Schools Soccer Program we formed the Mineros Sporting Club which is currently targeting promotion to Serie B. Mineros S.C is now well-established in Bolivar province and it has competed nationally.
